Our Service

Lawn Game Essentials rents party and event equipment — food station machines, giant yard games, and related items — for personal, non-commercial events in the San Francisco Bay Area. By booking with us, you agree to these terms and to the rental waiver you sign as part of booking.

Booking & Confirmation

Submitting a booking request holds your date for 30 minutes. Your reservation is only confirmed once you click the confirmation link in the email we send you. Unconfirmed requests expire automatically and don't reserve your date.

Deposit & Payment

A refundable $50 security deposit is collected at delivery or pickup, separately from the rental price. It's returned after the equipment is returned or picked up in the condition it was rented, less any amount owed for damage, loss, or missing items. Rental fees and deposits are payable at delivery/pickup — ask us about accepted payment methods when you book.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

You can reschedule or cancel your booking at any time using the private link in your confirmation email — no need to call unless you'd rather talk it through. If weather makes an outdoor rental impractical, contact us and we'll work with you on rescheduling.

Equipment Use & Liability

Full terms covering equipment responsibility, damage, and liability are in the rental waiver, which you sign electronically as part of every booking.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. The current version always applies to new bookings made after a change.
