Yes, a refundable security deposit is required to reserve your date. It's collected in person and fully refunded after the equipment is returned in good condition.
After you submit a request, we email you to confirm. Your date isn't locked in until you click "Yes, confirm" in that email — this keeps our schedule accurate for everyone.
Yes. Every confirmation email includes a private link to view, reschedule, or cancel your booking — no need to call unless you want to.
$20 per machine per hour (2-hour minimum), or $60 per machine for a full event (up to 5 hours).
$10 per game, per event — mix and match Giant Connect 4, Giant Jenga, Cornhole, Ladder Toss, Giant Yard Pong, and Giant Tic-Tac-Toe.
Setup is available for all rentals — just let us know when you book.
The waiver you sign at booking covers the terms, and the deposit protects against damage. Normal wear from a well-run event is expected and fine.
