The machine, cart, and setup are included in the rental price shown. Consumable supplies — kernels, floss sugar, syrup, cups, and bags — are not included. Each machine has an optional supply kit ($20, serves 20 people) you can add right on the booking page — order more than one kit for bigger groups.
After you submit a request, we email you to confirm. Your date isn't locked in until you click "Yes, confirm" in that email — this keeps our schedule accurate for everyone.
Yes, and there's no cancellation fee. Nothing is charged online when you book, so canceling ahead of time costs you nothing. After booking, you'll get a confirmation email with a private link to reschedule or cancel yourself, any time. Plans change, and we're happy to work with you on a new date whenever works. You're also welcome to call or text us if you'd rather.
Each food station machine (popcorn, cotton candy, or snow cone) is a flat $60 per event — delivery, setup, and pickup included. Consumable supplies are an optional $20 kit per machine that serves about 20 guests.
Every giant game is a flat $15 per event — mix and match Giant Connect 4, Giant Jenga, Cornhole, Ladder Toss, Giant Yard Pong, and Giant Tic-Tac-Toe. Delivery and pickup are included.
Setup is available for all rentals — just let us know when you book.
The waiver you sign at booking covers the terms. Normal wear from a well-run event is expected and fine — but you're fully responsible for damages that occur beyond normal wear and tear, up to the full value of the machines.
Every food machine is cleaned and sanitized after each rental before it goes out again, and we check it's working properly before it leaves us.
Plain popcorn kernels are naturally gluten-free. However, our equipment is not operated in a dedicated allergen-free environment, so we cannot guarantee that cross-contact with allergens has not occurred. If anyone attending your event has a food allergy, just let us know in the notes when you book and we'll be happy to discuss available options.

By checking the box below and typing your name, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- 1. Rental Use — You are renting the selected equipment from Lawn Game Essentials ("Company") for personal, non-commercial use at the location and time specified in your reservation.
- 2. Responsibility for Equipment — You assume full responsibility for the equipment from the time it is delivered until it is returned to the Company. You are responsible for ensuring the equipment is used safely and appropriately by all participants and guests.
- 3. Damage, Loss, or Theft — You are fully responsible for any damage, loss, theft, or destruction of equipment beyond normal wear and tear, up to the full replacement value of the equipment.
- 4. Assumption of Risk — You understand that participation in lawn games and related activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, collisions, property damage, and personal injury. You voluntarily assume all such risks for yourself and your guests.
- 5. Release of Liability — To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release, waive, and hold harmless the Company, its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives from any claims, injuries, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to the use of the rented equipment, except to the extent caused by the Company's gross negligence or willful misconduct.
- 6. Weather and Outdoor Conditions — The Company is not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from weather conditions, uneven ground, or other site conditions at the event location.
- 7. Booking Confirmation — Your reservation is not confirmed until you complete all required booking steps and receive a confirmation email from the Company.
- 8. Electronic Signature — By typing your full legal name and checking the agreement box, you acknowledge that your electronic signature is legally binding and has the same effect as a handwritten signature.
Yes. Food station machines require access to a standard 120V outlet. We provide an extension cord for normal setup needs, but please let us know if the outlet is more than 50 feet from the setup location. Giant games do not require power.
Yes, ice is included. Have a place ready to keep it frozen until you're ready to use the machine.
We understand weather can be unpredictable. If rain or severe weather affects your event, contact us as soon as possible and we'll work with you to find the best solution — rescheduling to a new date at no cost, or canceling. Since nothing is charged online when you book, there's nothing to refund if you cancel ahead of time.
Yes. Our games and equipment are designed for family-friendly events. Children should be supervised by an adult at all times, particularly when using or standing near food station machines.
