When you book a rental, contact us, or sign up for our newsletter, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, email address, phone number, event date and location or delivery address, and — if you sign our rental waiver — your electronic signature. If you use our live chat, we collect what you type there too.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

• Confirm, fulfill, and manage your booking
• Contact you about your reservation, delivery, or pickup
• Respond to questions submitted through chat or by phone/text
• Send occasional marketing emails, but only if you opted in — you can unsubscribe anytime
• Keep our booking calendar accurate and prevent double-booking

We do not sell your personal information to anyone, ever.

Who We Share It With

We use a small number of service providers to run this site and our business, and your information passes through them as part of that:

• Supabase — stores your booking and contact information securely
• Resend — sends booking confirmation and receipt emails on our behalf
• Vercel — hosts this website and provides basic, anonymized visit analytics (page views, not personal data)

We don't share your information with anyone else except when required by law.

How Long We Keep It

We keep booking records for our own business and tax purposes. If you'd like your information deleted and it isn't needed for a legal or accounting reason, call or text us at (510) 239-3652 and we'll take care of it.

Your Choices

• Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any newsletter
• Manage or cancel a booking anytime using the link in your confirmation email
• Ask us to delete your information by contacting us directly
